摘要

Abstract

Through the reaction of laboratory-derivedenzymedegrated chitosan and salicylal, the chitosan salicylaldehyde Schiff base with different viscosity-average molecular mass was prepared, then it was interacted with metal ions to form complexes for the anti-wrinkle and anti-bacterial finishing of cotton fabrics. The effects of different viscosity-average molecular mass and metal complexes on the anti-bacterial, anti-wrinkle and softness of cotton fabrics were also researched. The experiments provided that the wrinkle recovery angle of the cotton fabrics finished with chitosan salicylaldehyde Schiff base was 232o, the anti-bacterial rate of the fabrics finished with copper, nickel, zinc complexes were 98.3%, 96.5%, 96.3%, respectively, and the bending length was 3.3 cm.
