摘要
Abstract
Injury or death of retinal ganglion cells may lead to irreversibly damage to visual function.However,no treatment have showed efficiency to replace the damaged cells and restore the visual function.Due to the multi-directionally differentiated potential of stem cells,their role in optic nerve protection and restoration following injury is becoming a hot research spot.The purpose of this article is to summarize the progress of stem cells for the repair of optic nerve in basic and clinical researches.关键词
