摘要
Abstract
Objective To enhance follow-up efficiency,to facilitate the doctor to master the disease progression outside of the hospital and to reminder the patient for review.Methods A patient review and follow-up reminder program was developed with VB6.0 and Microsoft Access database,which was gifted with the functions of data adding,data deletion,data inquiry, prompting,automatic staring up at boot,background data backup of daily follow-up patient and etc.Results Trials proved that the program with high stability made the follow-up rate reach 98%,the doctor master the disease progression outside of the hospital and the patient acquainted with the nursing knowledge and review information. Conclusion The program improves the patient follow-up and thus promotes the treatment efficiency.关键词
