Abstract
Traditional dyeing process of PET fiber is not in accordance with the modern concept of envi?ronmental protection and energy saving because of its large consumption of water and environmental pollu?tion. Through the introduction of the application of disperse dye microcapsule staining technique, supercritical CO2dyeing technology, disperse dye carrier dyeing technology, vacuum sublimation dyeing technology, in situ mineralization staining and sol-gel dyeing technology and other new energy saving and emission reduction in dyeing technology in the production of PET fiber, the characteristics of various new dyeing and finishing tech?nologies were summarized. The results showed that the most of energy saving and emission reduction of PET fiber dyeing technology were in the experimental stage. Due to the technical level and the capital limit, it could not be used in practice, but the new environment-friendly dyeing technology was the future develop?ment trend. At the same time, with the development of digital technology and the continuous application of disperse printing and dyeing technology, PET fabric printing and dyeing technology will also move towards the era of digital printing and dyeing.关键词
