2017年安徽省猪群高致病性猪蓝耳病的定点监测
Fixed-point Surveillance on HP-PRRS of Swine Herds in Anhui Province in 2017

Abstract
In order to recognize the antibody level and infection status of High pathogenic porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(HP-PRRSV)in fixed-point monitoring swine farms in Anhui Province,12 large-scaled swine farms and 2 swine slaughterhouses were selected,and 319 serum samples and 319 tonsil samples were collected and detected by indirect ELISA and fluorescence RT-PCR,respectively. Results showed that the average positive rate of immune antibodies against HP-PRRSV was 72.7%,and the positive rate of virus nucleic acid was 17.6%. The results indicated that the immunization level of HP-PRRS vaccines in fix-pointed monitoring swine farms in Anhui Province was relatively high,but the HP-PRRSV infection still existed in swine production and slaughtering links. Significance tests showed that the positive rate of HP-PRRSV antibody was obviously higher in immunized swine herds,and the positive rate of virus nucleic acid was lower than that in unvaccinated herds,indicating that vaccine immunization had certain protective effects. The infection rates of the nursery pigs and the fattening pigs were high relatively, which showed these swine herds should be strengthened for HP-PRRS prevention and control. In addition,the HP-PRRSV infection status in medium-sized swine farms was significantly more serious than that in small-scaled farms and slaughterhouses,so the medium-sized swine farms should pay more attention to the controlling of breeding swine introduction,personnel and transportation vehicles movement. The infection situation in southwest and northwest of Anhui Province was more serious,suggesting the hygiene and disease prevention during swine production and transportation in these areas should be strengthened.关键词
