河北省部分猪场送检样品的猪蓝耳病抗体水平分析
Antibody Level Analysis of PRRS in Some Swine Farms in Hebei Province
摘要
Abstract
In order to recognize the infection and immunization status of Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome (PRRS)in swine farms in Hebei Province,1 182 blood samples collected from different scaled swine farms of Hebei Province during 2016 to 2017 and the antibody of PRRS were detected by ELISA,then the detection results were summarized and analyzed. The results showed that the positive rates of blood samples from different farms were all above 80%,especially for those large-scaled swine farms. There was little difference in the positive rates between different regions,and they were all in the range of 75%~92%. The antibody positive rates of free-range pigs and weaned piglets were low. The results indicated that the immune effect of PRRS vaccines in Hebei Province was good,and the free-range pig herds and weaned piglets were more susceptible to PRRS. As a conclusion,scientific and standardized immunization procedure of PRRS vaccines could obtain better immune effect,the immunization towards free-range pigs and weaned piglets should be paid more attention,and the immune measures should be carried out according to the detection of antibodies.关键词
