云南省部分地区规模猪场猪伪狂犬病流行病学调查
Epidemiological Investigation on Porcine Pseudorabies in Large-scaled Swine Farms in Some Areas of Yunnan Province

Abstract
In order to investigate the epidemic situation of Porcine pseudorabies(PR)in large-scaled swine farms of Yunnan Province,6 555 whole blood samples and 381 suspected samples were collected from 54 swine farms in 9 districts of Yunnan Province from 2016 to 2017,then by methods of ELISA and PCR,serological and etiological detection were carried out. The antibody detection results showed that the positive rates of antibodies against gB and gE were 88.7% and 13.5%,respectively. The positive rate of gB antibody in Chuxiong City was the lowest(78.5%),while the positive rate of gE antibody(which also meant the infection rate of wide-type virus)was the highest(21.8%). The positive rate of gB antibody in Dali City was the highest(95.1%),while the positive rate of gE antibody was the lowest(6.0%). The infection rate of wild-type virus in the second quarter was the highest(20.3%). Results of pathogenic detection showed that the average positive rate towards suspected samples was 23.1%,furthermore, the positive rates of sows,nurture pigs,fattening pigs,boar semen were 28.8%,23.4%,20.4%,25.0%, respectively,and that of aborted fetus and piglets was 22.3%. The detection rate of pathogens in Yuxi City was the highest(52.6%),and in Dehong City was the lowest(16.4%). Besides,the detection rates of pathogens in each quarter didn't have much difference. According to the survey results,PR was still prevalent in Yunnan Province,and it was serious in some areas,especially in Yuxi,Xuanwei and Xishuangbanna cities. At last,suggestions were put forward,including strengthening prevention and control towards sows,nursery pigs,piglets and boar semen;strengthening immunization of PR so as to enhance the positive rate of gB antibody,which prevent the infection of wild-type virus.关键词
