一起猪蓝耳病与伪狂犬病混合感染的紧急流行病学调查
Emergency Epidemiological Investigation on Mixed Infection of PRRS and PR
摘要
Abstract
Since Nov. 4th 2017,a series of symptoms of cough,asthma and fever occurred in fattening pigs in a swine farm of Shandong Province,and the diseased pigs died in 6 to 7 days after onset. Subsequently,abortions occurred in individual sows,and respiratory symptoms and deaths appeared in suckling and nursery piglets in succession. In order to explore the possible causes and to adopt effective prevention and control measures in time,an emergency epidemiological survey was carried out. At last,the outbreak was confirmed as mixed infection of Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV)and Pseudorabies virus(PRV)by field investigation, clinical diagnosis and laboratory test. It was found that the possible causes might be disease outbreak in neighboring farms,staff transmission,cold and weaning stress. Based on the epidemic situation,suggestions were put forward as follows:carrying out an emergent immunization of PRV vaccines towards the whole group,treating the diseased pigs with long-acting Oxytetracycline and antibiotics. The farmers took measures as suggested,and the outbreak was finally controlled.关键词
