浙江省温州市生猪屠宰环节检疫检验结果统计与分析
Statistical Analysis on the Results of Inspection and Quarantine during Pig Slaughtering in Wenzhou City of Zhejiang Province

Abstract
In this article,based on the data generated from the inspection and quarantine towards slaughtered pigs in slaughterhouses of Wenzhou City of Zhejiang Province during 2015 to 2017,a statistical analysis was conducted. Results showed that,among over 1.5 million slaughtered pigs,6 482 pigs were detected unqualified,the unqualified rate was 0.43%. Furthermore,the numbers of unqualified pigs detected at ante-mortem and post-mortem inspection were respectively 3 385 and 3 097,accounting for 52.22% and 47.78%. During ante-mortem inspection,3 105 pigs were found dead,representing 91.73% of the total 3 385 unqualified pigs. During the post-mortem inspection,807 sick pigs(infected with diseases such as Erysipelas,Swine Pasteurellosis,and so on)and 2 290 unqualified pigs were detected,the percentages were 26.06% and 73.94%,respectively. The number of dead pigs detected in July and August was significantly larger than that in other months,and the monthly detection rate was over 0.50%. According to the results,lots of pigs died due to the suffering of long-distance transportation especially during the high temperature season of Summer;Very few pigs were detected unqualified due to swine diseases at the post-mortem inspection;The quality inspection by slaughter factories was crucial for safe marketing of pork. Therefore,improving transportation conditions and strengthening quality inspection after slaughtering play an important role in ensuring pork supply,and hygiene safety.关键词
