Abstract
In 2017,a case of removing dogs' vocal cords conducted by people without registration of licensed veterinarians was investigated by the authority of Chengdu City. Based on this case,some thoughts were triggered about the problems encountered in supervision and law enforcement of animal clinics,including how to define the scope of animal diagnosis and treatment,the exploration and research on people who shall be applicants required to get the animal clinic licenses,and the application of the non-repeated penalty principle,as well as the differentiation of suspending business and suspending production and business. In this article,by referring to the legal theory and related laws and regulations,the mentioned doubts and difficulties were analyzed and discussed,and two pieces of advice were proposed,which including law enforcement officials should apply the law more precisely,and establishing a national query system for licensed veterinarians as soon as possible.关键词
