摘要

Abstract

In order to investigate the structure of airborne fungi in sheep sheds,so as to provide basis for sheep shed selection and environment control. AGI-30 sampler was used to collect the ultrapure water as the medium,and airborne fungi from 2 kinds of sheep sheds(including structures of ground raising and high-bed raising)were collected. After enrichment cultivation with potato dextrose broth,the fungal genomic DNA was extracted and the diversity of airborne fungi was analyzed by ERIC-PCR. The results showed that there were differences in the structure of airborne fungal flora in the two kinds of sheep sheds,and there were some similar dominant bacteria flora. The diversity index in the sheds with high beds was higher than that of the ground sheep sheds,but the dominance index was low. Similarity clustering analysis showed that the structure of airborne fungi in the sheds with same structure was stable in the same season,and it changed greatly in different seasons. As a conclusion,the diversity of airborne fungi was variable in sheep sheds and was affected by both sheep shed structures and seasons.
