摘要
Abstract
Rats after permanent bilateral common carotid artery ligation would result in cerebral blood flow reduction,learning and memory dysfunction,neuronal injury and death,synaptic and dendritic injury,and neuroinflammation,etc.,which repro-duce the pathology and clinical symptoms of human vascular dementia,that help for further research on pathophysiolo-gy and treatment of vascular dementia.关键词
