摘要
Abstract
Heart failure(HF) is a common syndrome with a poor prognosis and high healthcare cost.Due to non-specific symptoms,it is difficult to be diagnosed early.Primary care has a vital role in identifying persons with HF and in providing holistic,person-centred care from the first symptoms to the end of life.In 2016,the European Primary Care Cardiovascular Society(EPCCS) explored the diagnosis and management for HF in primary care with new scientific insights and updated the corresponding practice guidance,enhancing the crucial role of general practitioners in the management of the overall health status of HF patients.关键词
