代谢综合征与痴呆相关性的Meta分析
Relationship between Metabolic Syndrome and Dementia:a Meta-analysis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the relationship between metabolic syndrome(MS) and dementia based on a meta-analysis.Methods We searched the databases of CNKI,Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform,VIP,CBMdisc, PubMed,Web of Science for cohort studies assessing the relationship of MS with dementia,Alzheimer's disease(AD) and vascular dementia(VD).We assessed the quality of the included articles by the the Newcastle-Ottawa Scale(NOS) statement. Results A total of 7 cohort studies involving 16 603 participants were included,each with a NOS score > 5.The analysis revealed that the risk for dementia did not differ significantly between MS and non-MS groups〔RR=1.07,95%CI(0.91,1.27), P>0.05〕.Moreover,the risk for AD did not vary significantly between MS and non-MS groups〔RR=0.96,95%CI(0.67,1.38), P>0.05〕.However,MS group presented obviously higher risk for VD compared with non-MS group〔RR=2.15,95%CI(1.34, 3.44),P=0.001〕.Conclusion MS is associated with an increased risk of VD.关键词
