精神分裂症患者服药信念状况调查及其影响因素研究
Belief about Medication in Schizophrenia Patients and Its Influencing Factors

Abstract
Objective To investigate the belief about medication in schizophrenia (SZ) patients and its influencing factors,so as to provide a reference for psychiatric care providers to deliver appropriate interventions for these patients.Methods We conducted a cross-sectional study in 112 SZ patients in convalescent period who received inpatient treatment in Daqing Third Hospital from May 2016 to May 2017.They were surveyed with Demographic Data Questionnaire,Brief Evaluation of Medication Influences and Beliefs (BEMIB),Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS),Global Assessment of Functioning (GAF) and Mini-mental State Examination (MMSE).And the factors associated with belief about medication in SZ patients were analyzed.Results The average BEMIB score was (29.3±5.1) in 112 SZ patients.Sixty-two cases (55.4%) hold positive belief in medication,but 50 cases (44.6%) hold negative belief in medication.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis found that medication belief was affected substantially by educational attainment 〔OR=5.995,95%CI (1.837,19.562)〕,monthly household income per person 〔OR=6.110,95%CI(1.918,19.465)〕,PANSS general psychopathology score 〔OR=0.790,95%CI(0.629,0.991)〕 and GAF score 〔OR=1.417,95%CI(1.139,1.762)〕 (P<0.05). Conclusion The level of belief about medication is low in SZ patients,which is affected by educational attainment,monthly household income per person,PANSS general psychopathology score and GAF score.关键词
