稳定性冠心病临床治疗策略
Clinical treatment strategy for stable coronary heart disease
摘要
Abstract
Stable coronary artery disease(SCAD) is one type of coronary artery diseases.The mechanism and pathologic basis of SCAD is different from that of acute coronary syndrome,so the therapy and management of SCAD has it's own characters.The aim of treatment is to prevent myocardial infarction and sudden death,alleviate syndrome,release angina and improve the life quality.Strategies of therapy for SCAD include medical therapy and revascularization.The medical therapy should be the optimal medical therapy.The revascularization includes the coronary artery bypass grafting and percutaneous coronary intervention,or combination of these two strategies.Indication of PCI has become more than before because of the advent of new-generation drug-eluting stent and more rational anti-platelet therapy.关键词
