摘要
Abstract
It is often associated with cardiac insufficiency in critically ill patients.The insufficient of cardiac insufficiency-related organ perfusion,the activation of renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system (RAAS) and the interaction with systemic inflammatory response,which is likely to lead to multiple organ dysfunction(MODS).The clinical treatment for MODS caused by cardiac insufficiency is more difficult.In this article,we introduce the reasons of various organ dysfunction caused by cardiac dysfunction from the perspective of pathophysiology firstly.And then,we focus on the main treatment points and concepts of these patients based on the latest research progress and the clinical experience.关键词
