摘要
Abstract
Although many hemodynamic monitoring tools have emerged in the clinic,echocardiography has established itself as an essential element.Because of its advantages of non-invasive,bedside and rapid duplication,critical care ultrasonography can also quickly evaluate the treatment effect and achieve dynamic and continuous guidance for the management of critically ill patients.When using critical care ultrasonography to interpretation hemodynamic,we recommend "six-step"method to analysis.First rapid evaluation of cardiac morphologic,second assessing the volume status,third the assessment of right heart function,fourth the assessment of left heart function,fifth the assessment of arterial tension,sixth the assessment of tissue perfusion and organ function.关键词
