健康体检人群同型半胱氨酸与血脂相关性分析
Analysis of the correlation of homocysteine with lipid profiles in health-examination people

Abstract
Objective To investigate the correlation between homocysteine and lipid profiles in health examination people.Methods Based on data of 6013 subjects undergoing health examination in Peking University First Hospital,including height,weight,medical history,blood pressure,triglyceride,total cholesterol,low density lipoprotein,high density lipoprotein,homocysteine and other indicators,multiple linear regression model was used to analyze the relationship between homocysteine and lipid profiles.Results People with homocysteine ≥15 tμmol/L had higher age,body mass index,blood pressure,triglyceride,total cholesterol,low density lipoprotein,and lower levels of high density lipoprotein (P＜ 0.001).When continuous variables,with the increase of Hcy,high density lipoprotein decreased,while low density lipoprotein increased.Hcy was used as a grouping variable,subjects with medium level of Hcy had higher LDL and total cholesterol,and subjects with high level of Hcy had higher LDL and lower HDL.Conclution The increase of Hcy level is an independent risk factor for the increase of LDL and TCHO and the decrease of HDL.关键词
