Standardization of the diagnosis and treatment for MPN in China
摘要
Abstract
Based on the detection of"driver" JAK2,CALR and MPL gene mutations,the standardization of bone marrow morphologic analysis,and the assessment of symptom burden using MPN-10,it is possible to achieve the most accurate diagnosis of MPN.The diagnostic model of MPN has been moved from clinical-pathology to clinical-pathological-molecular.Nowadays,JAK2 inhibitors treatment may change the natural history of MPN.Some key points for diagnosis and treatment of MPN in China were discussed in this paper.关键词
