Abstract
Polycythemia vera(PV) is a clonal chronic myeloproliferative neoplasm characterized by an expansion of red cell mass,substantial symptom burden,thrombohemorrhagic complications,and impaired survival.In the recent 10 years,with the further understanding of PV molecular mechanism,the diagnostic criteria of PV have been adjusted,and the two target drugs have been playing a more and more important role in the treatment for PV,which is summarized in this paper.关键词
