医院技术评估的操作原则探讨
Analysis on guiding principles of hospital-based health technology assessment
摘要
Abstract
Hospital-based health technology assessment(HB-HTA) is helpful for optimizing resource allocation in hospitals and increasing operational efficiency. The guiding principles for HB-HTA was analyzed according to the following aspects,organizational models,types of reports,information need of decision-makers and the attributes of technology regarding assessment,as well as the core principles for HB-HTA units. It is suggested that the requirement of decision-makers and the availability of relevant resources be considered to determine the type of HB-HTA. Multiple attributes of health technology need to be considered during HB-HTA process.关键词
