医院技术评估部门的组织模式探讨
Discussion on organizational model of hospital-based health technology assessment
摘要
Abstract
The organization and establishment of a specific department is the basis for hospital-based health technology assessment(HB-HTA) to be implemented. Design of the organization model will greatly influence the performance of the organization,especially at the beginning period of departments. Long-term consideration and comprehensive design of the new department need to be made. This study introduced concept and connotation of organization model,summed up three main characteristics of HB-HTA department which were formalization,specialization and integration. This paper also divided all the HB-HTA departments into four types according to the development of the above three characteristics, including independent group,integrated-essential HB-HTA unit,stand-alone HB-HTA unit and integrated-specialized HB-HTA unit. Related development trend of European Union countries and the enlightenment to China were also introduced.关键词
