欧盟医院技术评估项目对中国的启示
The implications of adopting hospital-based health technology assessment in the European Union for China
摘要
Abstract
In 2012,the European Union(EU) formally launched a special study on hospital-based health technology assessment from the strategic level all over Europe. At present,there is work experience related to hospital-based health technology assessment,and it is well worth learning for China. By summarizing the basic information and development situation of adopting hospital-based health technology assessment in the EU(AdHopHTA project),and analyzing the practical experience of 31 cases in 18 countries around the world,the paper made suggestions for the implementation of hospital-based health technology assessment in China from the aspects of discipline development and promotion,national policy formulation,hospital purchasing model,stakeholder participation,innovated technology transformation,and data collection and analysis mechanism etc. It would provide references for launching and promoting hospital-based health technology assessment in China.关键词
