临床医师胜任力评价体系的实证研究
Empirical study on the competency evaluation system of physicians

Abstract
Objective The research group selected a tertiary general hospital in Shanghai to make a cross-sectional survey and investigate the deficiency of physicians training based on the competency evaluation system made before. Reasonable suggestions were also put forward. Methods Questionnaire survey was used to assess the competency of physicians. Results Overall competency of the physicians was high. However,their humanities knowledge and scientific research ability were at the middle level. The key element factors influencing competency was whether physicians were included in the training program. Ages,education,professional titles and clinical operation chances were related factors of competency. Conclusion Firstly,it is suggested to focus on humanistic knowledge education during the process of physician training, and improve humanistic quality of clincal teaching staff. Secondly,establishing the idea of setting the final goal of scientific research as enhancing the diagnosis and treatment level and improving the quality of care. Cooperation between clinical and basic research is to be reinforced. Thirdly,it is also suggested to bulid an innovative team to motivate the clinical research ability of physicians,so as to promote the vitality of the discipline development.关键词
