热性惊厥患儿血清中DNA甲基转移酶的表达及其临床意义
The expression of DNA methyltransferase in serum of children with febrile convulsion and its clinical significance

Abstract
Objective To explore the change and clinical significance of DNA methyltransferase (DNMT) in children with febrile convulsion. Method 50 children with febrile convulsion in our hospital were enrolled in febrile convulsion group, 35 healthy children during the same period were enrolled in normal control group. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and real-time polymerase chain reaction were used to detect the content of DNMT protein and gene expression in two groups. Result The expression levels of DNMT1,DNMT3A and DNMT3B in febrile convulsion group were significantly higher than those in normal control group (P<0.001). The serum levels of DNMT1 and DNMT3A of febrile convulsion group were higher than those in normal control group (P < 0.01), but there was no significant difference in DNMT3B between the two groups (P > 0.05), the activity of DNMT was significantly higher than that of normal control group (P < 0.01). Conclusion The changes of DNMT protein, gene and activity may be involved in the pathogenesis of febrile convulsion in children, inhibition of epigenetic gene expression may be an important method in the treatment of febrile convulsions in children.关键词
