Abstract
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of primary intestinal lymphoma, Crohn's disease and intestinal tuberculosis. Method From October 2014 to October 2016, 21 patients with primary intestinal lymphoma, 25 patients with Crohn's disease and 30 patients with intestinal tuberculosis in our hospital were selected as the objects, they were examined by CT, the clinical features, location and CT results were compared. Result The proportion of primary intestinal lymphoma appear blood and abdominal mass were significantly higher than that of Crohn's disease patients and intestinal tuberculosis patients (P < 0.05); the proportion of Crohn's disease patients with diarrhea symptoms were significantly higher than primary intestinal lymphoma patients and intestinal tuberculosis patients (P<0.05); the proportion of intestinal tuberculosis patients with fever, night sweats were significantly higher than that of primary intestinal tract lymphoma patients and Crohn's disease patients (P<0.05). Primary intestinal lymphoma occurred in the ileum [20 cases (95.24%)], ileocecal [14 cases (66.67%)]; Crohn's disease also occurred in the ileum [23 cases (92.00%)] and ileocecal [10 cases (40.00%)]; intestinal tuberculosis occurred in ileocecal [27 cases (90.00%)] and colon [14 cases (46.67%)]. 3 kinds of diseases can cause thickening of the bowel wall. CT results showed that the primary intestinal lymphoma is characterized by the single layer eccentric thickening and lymph node enlargement. In Crohn's disease, multiple segmental lesions and false diverticulum sign were more obvious; intestinal tuberculosis was characterized by thickening and hollow lymph nodes. Conclusion Primary intestinal lymphoma, Crohn's disease and intestinal tuberculosis are similar, but the clinical manifestations and CT findings have some differences, therefore, clinicians should check the results of comprehensive, in order to reduce the misdiagnosis rate of disease.关键词
