抑酸降逆方治疗难治性胃食管反流病
Curative Effect of Yisuan Jiangni Compound on Refractory Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of Yisuan Jiangni Compound (YJC) on the treatment of refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease.Methods Forty patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The patients in treatment group were given YJC,and the patients in control group were given routine medicine.Upper esophageal sphincter pressure (UESP),lower esophageal sphincter pressure (LESP),lower esophageal sphincter length (LESL),esophageal peristalsis amplitude and synchronous contraction percentage were observed before and after treatment in two groups.Results With acid suppression,the patients in two groups were treated for 8 weeks.After treatment,the treatment group showed statistical difference in UESP (61.42 ± 17.13 vs 33.93 ± 8.04) and esophageal peristalsis amplitude compared with control group (59.64 ± 6.67 vs 76.84 ± 6.94),with no difference in synchronous contraction percentage (9.36 ± 2.16 vs 8.57 ± 2.12),LESP (2.24 ± 0.60 vs 3.44 ± 0.74),and LESL (2.24 ± 0.60 vs 3.44 ± 0.74).Conclusion YJC has good efficacy in the treatment of refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease.关键词
