清肠合剂灌肠对粘连性肠梗阻血浆胃动素及白细胞介素6的影响
Effect of Qingchang Mixture Enema on Plasma Motilin and IL-6 in Adhesive Intestinal Obstruction

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of Qingchang mixture enema on plasma motilin and IL-6 in adhesive intestinal obstruction.Methods Sixty cases of adhesive intestinal obstruction were randomly divided into treatment group (32 cases) and control group (28 cases).The patients in two groups were given conventional symptomatic treatment.The patients in treatment group were treated with Qingchang mixture enema,and the patients in the control group were given soapy water enema.The clinical parameters,motilin and IL-6 levels in plasma were compared between the two groups.Results The recovery time of bowel sounds [(12.5 ± 4.1) h],time of the first deflation [(40.1 ± 10.2) h],time of the first defecation [(70.8 ± 17.9) h] in treatment group were significantly shorter than the recovery time of bowel sounds [(20.8 ± 4.7) h],time of the first deflation [(59.5 ± 12.8) h] and time of the first defecation [(94.0 ± 14.2) h] in control group (P ＜ 0.01).In the treatment group,motilin on day 5 [(279.0 ± 27.8) pg/Ml] was higher than that before treatment [(210.7 ± 25.0) pg/Ml],and IL-6 [(6.7 ± 2.4) pg/Ml] was lower than that before treatment [(12.7 ± 9.7) pg/Ml] (P ＜ 0.05).Motilinon on day 5 in control group [(259.8 ± 25.2) pg/Ml] was higher than that before treatment [(212.3 ± 21.0) pg/Ml],and IL-6 on day 5 [(8.3 ± 3.2) pg/Ml] was lower than that before treatment [(12.0 ± 9.0) pg/Ml] (P ＜0.05).Motilin in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group on day 5,and IL-6 was lower than the control group (P ＜0.05).The cure rate of the treatment group (68.8％) was better than that of the control group (35.7 ％) (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Qingchang mixture enema in the treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction could increase plasma motilin levels,lower the level of IL-6 and promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function.关键词
