阳和汤治疗非哺乳期乳腺炎Meta分析
A meta-Analysis of Efficacy of Yang-active Decoction in Treatment of non-Puerperal Mastitis

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Yang-active decoction in treatment of non-puerperal mastitis.Methods Related information about randomized clinical trials (RCTs) of Yang-active decoction for non-puerperal mastitis in PubMed,Springer,EMBASE,MEDLINE,AGRICOLA,BIOSIS Previews,Cochrane Library,China National Knowledge Infrastructure Database,Wanfang Database,Academic conference paper database,CBMdisc,CMCC,CNPAT,China Science and technology paper database,Clinical medical literature database and Database of digital periodical of Chinese Medical Association from the inception of each database up to February 2017 was electronically searched.The Cochrane risk of bias tool was used to assess the risk of bias.The quality of included studies was assessed by using Jadad rating scale.The Cochrane Collaboration's RevMan 5.3 software was used for meta-analysis.Results Compared with the control group,the odds ratio(OR) of the clinical total efficiency rate was 4.60,with 95 ％ confidence interval was [2.87,7.37] in the treatment group.(P＜0.00001).Subgroup analysis showed that,compared to the conventional surgery combined with antibiotics group and Mediocre breast treatment instrument group,the total effective rate(89.7％)of the treatment group was better than that of conventional surgery combined with antibiotics group (69.8 ％),Mediocre treatment group (47.8 ％) and Dexamethasone plus metronidazole group(50％) (P＜0.0001).There were no adverse reactions reported.Conclusion Yang-active decoction treatment of non-puerperal mastitis has better efficacy than simple Western medicine treatment and higher security of clinical application.关键词
