Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of Shenyi Capsule combined with laparoscopic anatomical segmentectomy in the treatment of elderly liver cancer.Methods Elderly liver cancer patients (74 cases) treated in 215 Hospital of Shanxi Nuclear Industry were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The patients in control group were treated with laparoscopic anatomical segmentectomy,and also given placebo.On the base of control group,the patients in observation group were treated by Shenyi Capsule,the course of treatment was two months.After the treatment,the complications were observed and effects were evaluated in the two groups.The levels of immunity index,including IgG,IgA,IgM,CD3+ and CD4+ were observed,while the levels of tumor markers containing alpha-fetal protein (AFP),carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA),carbohydrate antigen 125 (CA-125) and alpha-dicosidase (AFU) were detected before and after treatment.Results The rate of complications in observation group was 14.7％,similar with 18.1％ in the control group (P ＞ 0.05) while the total effective rate was 85.3 ％,significantly higher than 66.7％ in control group (P ＜ 0.05).After the treatment,in the observation group,the levels of CD3+,CD4+,IgG,IgA and IgM were (50.58 ± 9.15)％,(36.23 ± 5.24)％,(15.56 ± 1.95) g/L,(2.45 ± 0.45) g/L and (2.54 ± 0.51) g/L,respectively,significantly higher than those in control group.Also in observation group,the levels ofAFP,CEA,CA-125 and AFU were (20.12 ± 2.34) μ g/L,(10.97 ± 1.36) μ g/L,(24.56 ± 2.19) U/mL and (23.45 ± 2.98) g/L,respectively,significantly lower than those in control group.Conclusion Shenyi Capsule combined with laparoscopic anatomical segmentectomy in the treatment of elderly liver cancer plays an effective role and can improve the immune functions in the patients.关键词
