Abstract
Crossed cerebellar diaschisis refers to the decrease of blood flow and metabolic activity of contralateral cerebellum after supratentorial cerebral injury. In recent years, with the development of imaging technology, the phenomenon is increasing, however, its pathophysiology mechanism remains unclear. The latest research focuses on the detection ways and the relationship with nervous system diseases. This paper will review the progress in crossed cerebellar diaschisis so as to provide reference for clinical treatment and scientific research.关键词
