滑动轴承支撑下齿轮耦合转子系统弯扭耦合振动特性分析
Nonlinear bending-torsional dynamics of geared rotor system supported by sliding bearing
摘要
Abstract
A nonlinear dynamic model of geared rotor system coupling with sliding bearing was established taking nonlinear oil film force of the bearing and backlash of the system into account. By using the method of numerical simulation, some influence laws of the system parameters on meshing impact properties of the gear pair and system bifurcation characteristics about motion stability were studied based on the nonlinear dynamic model. The results reveal that slide bearing nonlinear oil film force can calm the chaos of the system, and improper sliding bearing clearance value and rotor eccentricity will lead to a unilateral impact phenomenon.关键词
