摘要

Abstract

Bacillus sp. named as Z-y3,which was isolated from heavy metal contaminated soil,had high efficiency of lead removal capacity under acidic condition and its removal mechanism was studied.The results showed that this strain had good removal efficiency and was less affected by environmental pH condition. X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive spectrometer(SEM-EDS), Fourier transform infrared(FTIR)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)were used to investigate the adsorption mechanism. It was found that the surface electrostatic adsorption,ion exchange, precipitation by producing alkali played a major role in removal of Pb(Ⅱ). Pb(Ⅱ)was adsorbed by means of the combination of extracellular polymeric substances,polysaccharide hydroxyl and amidogen with Pb (II)and forming insoluble crystal. The strain Z-y3 had higher removal efficiency for low and medium concentration of Pb (II)under wide acidity condition,and thus had a potential application value for the restoration of environmental Pb(Ⅱ) pollution.
