微波辅助提取资木瓜多酚化合物工艺优化
Microwave-assisted Extraction of Polyphenols from Chaenomeles speciosa
摘要
Abstract
To optimize the extraction condition of polyphenols from Chaenomeles speciosa, effects of microwave power, extraction time,ethanol concentration,and material-solution ratio were studied by using the content of total phenolic acids as the index on the basis of the single-factor test with orthogonal test. The optimal extraction conditions was as follows:700 W microwave power,extraction time 90,40% ethanol,material-solution ratio 1:25. The extraction of polyphenols content was 47.27 mg/g under the optimal extraction conditions.关键词
