On Cultivating Strategies of Craftsman Spirit from the Perspective of Collaborative Development

Abstract
Bound by traditional ideas, the shortage of awareness and lack of the knowledge system as well as unbalanced education development factors, the craftsman spiritual cultivation work has been facing the crux. Multiple subjects such as government, society and enterprises are craftsman spirit fosters who should adjust their own roles and functions to strengthen market management system, cultivate high quality consumer market and constantly improve technical workers' salary system as well as build three stand interactive mechanism and measures to push forward the career of cultivating work spirit.关键词
