摘要

Abstract

With the gradual emancipation of the concept of labor,the value of labor and the development in social and economic environment, the craftsman spirit has inheritance characteristics of times and forward-looking, multi kernel and public experience, beliefs and utilitarian social contradiction structure. Thus, in the orientation structure which contains craftsman spirit in personnel training target of higher vocational education, knowledge and quality target are becoming complex, techniques and skills are upgrading further and high into research, production target is derived from adaptation to creative development. Therefore, the orientation of talents training in higher vocational education based on "craftsman spirit" should be defined as intensive application talents with "knowledge adaptation and literacy", "product consciousness and skill innovation" and "skills and techniques".
