Abstract
The participation of state-owned capital is a prerequisite for the development of mixed-ownership vocational colleges, and the introduction of industrial capital is a necessary condition. At the same time, in order to boost mixed ownership of vocational education, we must strengthen the participation of multiple subjects to protect the clarity of property rights and the realization of capital linkages. We still face three major problems in the process of the development of mixed ownership vocational colleges, that is, at the practical level, we are trapped in complicated implementation difficulties of power, responsibility and profit; at the theoretical level, the basic issues of how to rationalize "multiple types of ownership" have not yet been clarified; at the institutional level, institutional mechanisms still need to be improved and the legal system needs urgent revision. Therefore, it is necessary to update the concept of running a school and break through the thinking fallacies of "non-public ownership and citizenship"; establish and improve the top-level design and strengthen the system construction of mixed ownership education; clear property ownership, to protect the interests of participants; strengthen public-private partnerships to build infrastructure.关键词
