Research on Shareholding Structure of Higher Vocational College of Mixed Ownership under the Perspective of Multi-dimensional Relationship

Abstract
The shareholding structure of higher vocational college of mixed ownership refers to the proportion of shares held by shareholders with different ownership and the rights and interests they enjoy, it has unique characteristic like diversified investors, symmetrical rights and responsibilities, equal returns and risks and reasonable flow. The shareholding structure of higher vocational college of mixed ownership has the dialectical relationship with property rights, legal person attribute, corporate governance structure and benefit distribution. The property rights determine shareholding structure; and the shareholding structure affects the property right structure in a certain way. The shareholding structure especially the attribute of ownership, influences its legal person attribute to a certain extent; and legal person attribute may make effect on the change of total shareholding growth and shareholding share. The shareholding structure determines corporate governance structure; and corporate governance structure serves for shareholding structure, it will promote or inhibit the rights of shareholders. The shareholding structure effect the demand, mode and path of benefit distribution, determines the total of benefits; and benefit distribution influences stability of shareholding structure, makes effect on the choice of shareholding structure.关键词
