中国技能型人力资本对经济增长的贡献率及提升策略——基于1995-2014年统计数据的分析
The Contribution Rate of Chinese Skilled Human Capital to Economic Growth and the Strategies for Upgrading——The Analysis Based on Statistical Data from 1995 to 2014
摘要
Abstract
Skilled human capital is important to speed up the economic transformation and development. By using the Lucas Human Capital Model calculated, between 1995-2014 years, the human capital contribution rate to the economic growth is lower than material capital, the contribution rate of skilled human capital to the human capital is 51.5% and to the economic is 11%, higher vocational education skilled human capital contribution rate to the economic growth is 8%, and the secondary vocational education skilled human capital is 3%. In the future, perfecting Accumulation Path, hierarchical structure, investment structure, technical structure of skilled human capital is the best strategy to improve economic transformation and development.关键词
