摘要
Abstract
The effects of deep cryogenic treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of electromagnetic stirred AZ91 magnesium alloy after solution treatment was researched in this paper. The electromagnetic stirred AZ91 magnesium alloy samples after solution treatment were placed in the liquid nitrogen at-196℃ with different times.The mechanical performance and microstructure of deep cryogenic samples were analyzed.The results show that,after the cryogenic treatment,the tensile strength and elongation are improved.Compared with the solution samples,the grain is refined and the precipitation of the second phase particles occurs in the cryogenic process.The tensile strength,elongation and hardness of the alloy reache 249 MPa,11.6% and HB 68.1 respectively after cryogenic treatment for 24 h.关键词
