摘要

Abstract

The modifying effect of micro-silica fume on sodium silicate sand hardened by hot-air was described. Through system testing,the effects of modification,addition and particle size of micro-silica fume and other parameters on performance of sodium silicate sand hardened by hot-air were analyzed.The optimum particle size,addition and modification method of micro-silica fume in modified sodium silicate were determined.And the modification principle was analyzed by scanning electron microscope.
