摘要

Abstract

The temperature field of the sand core is simulated by using of MAGMA software and the effective thickness of the core print head section after casting is calculated.The bending strength is used to check the core strength.The results indicate that the theoretical values basically agree with the results of actual values and the excessive length of exhaust slot results in early core breaking.The defects are eliminated by reducing the length of exhaust slot.
