摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To discuss the growth and development characteristics and yield increasing effects of Ipomoea batatas (L.) Lam.after detoxification,and to breed virus-free I.batatas suitable for local agricultural production.[Method] With Yiwohong and Luxuan 2 as the research materials,the whole growth period was investigated,and the morphological index of plant development and growth at key periods were detected.[Result] Detoxification greatly affected the growth and development of I.batatas.Some morphological and yield indicators changed significantly,such as vine length,stem and leaf fresh weight,tuber diameter,tuber weight,stem branches number,tuberization number and yield per plant.The aboveground part of virus-free I.batatas showed growth advantage during early stage of growth;while the underground root part showed growth advantage in late stage.[Conclusion] The yield of virus-free I.batatas enhanced significantly.Thus,applying virus-free seedlings was the best method at present.关键词
