我国磷石膏资源化利用现状及对策建议
The Present Situation and Countermeasures of the Utilization of Phosphogypsum in China
摘要
Abstract
The status of phosphogypsum production and its comprehensive utilization and distribution of resources in China were introduced.The status of phosphogypsum renewal was described.The phosphorus gypsum processing technology innovation process was analyzed,including new technology of phosphogypsum to produce sulfuric acid and cement raw material grinding process integration,wall brick using phosphogypsum,wet process for preparing high-quality phosphate phosphorus gypsum,phosphogypsum decomposition process of calcium sulfide sulfur,the preparation process of potassium sulfate from phosphogypsum,orthogonal method the preparation process of potassium calcium fertilizer.The development of the application field of phosphogypsum resources was analyzed,including the application of different fields and the use of soil conditioner.Suggestions for comprehensive utilization of phosphogypsum were put forward from aspects of strengthening comprehensive coordination,increasing support for tax and related policies,increasing support for special funds,implementing relevant supporting policies at all levels,and improving industry standard system.Finally,the development and research direction of phosphogypsum was prospected.关键词
