Quality Difference Analysis of Zangqing 2000 in Different Ecological Domains
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To understand different qualities of Zangqing 2000 in different ecological regions of Tibet.[Method] Planting experiments of Zangqing 2000 were carried out respectively in different ecological domains,and the moisture,starch,crude protein,crude fiber,mineral elements zinc,manganese,iron,copper,potassium,calcium,magnesium,as well as the effective components flavonoids,anthocyanins,beta glucan in the highland barley were tested.[Result]The results showed that there were some differences in the quality of Zangqing 2000 in different Tibetan ecological domains.The effects of beta-glucan,Ca,Cu,K,Mg,P and Mn were significantly affected by the environment.[Conclusion]This study can provide a basis for the standardized cultivation of highland barley in Qinghai Tibet Plateau.关键词
