自透接装纸对卷烟质量影响的回归分析研究

摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The influence of natural gas permeable tipping paper with different air permeability and width of roller free zone on the quality of cigarette products was discussed.[Method] The cigarette samples were prepared by different self penetrating paper and rubber roll with different rubber free width,and compared with the conventional laser perforated cigarette samples.[Result] When the width of non adhesive zone increased from 4 mm to 6 mm,the total ventilation rate of cigarettes increased obviously,Tar,nicotine,CO value decreased significantly,The aroma of the cigarettes more plump,delicate,harmonious,comfortable tasted more pure.[Conclusion] Cigarette quality of natural gas permeable tipping paper is generally better than that of laser punched tipping paper.关键词
