摘要

Abstract

[Objective]To establish a set of methods for the determination of trace elements As,Hg and Se in rice.[Method]Microwave digestion technology was used to treat rice samples.Combined with highly selective hydrogenation of As,Hg and Se,dual channel atomic fluorescence spec-trometry was used to detect trace elements As,Hg and Se in rice.[Result]By determination of national standard material,the determination re-sults were agreement with the standard values,meet the requirements of the relevant regulations,but also shorten the digestion time,reduce the a-mount of reagent,decrease the measurement background value of samples,to a certain extent,improve the efficiency of sample pretreatment.[Con-clusion]This method has the advantages of fast,efficient and accurate,and is suitable for the determination of trace elements As,Hg and Se in rice and other plant samples.
