摘要

Abstract

According to the agronomic requirements of opening a vegetable planting ditch,the structure and working principle of a ship shaped shovel type furrow opener has been innovated.And the impact parameters of operating performance were determined,such as the penetration angle, ground clearance angle,shovel head angle,minimum radius of shovel blade,bow front angle,shovel head length,hull length.On the basis of drawing the lines plan of furrow opener according to the value of the performance parameter,a kind of ship shaped shovel type vegeta-ble planting furrow opener was designed by UG software.And the operations were carried out,such as the improvement of the smoothness of working surface, the finite element analysis and optimization of the force performance in the process of ditching.Finally, the furrow opener exemplar was 3D printed out for evaluating and directing production.
