鸡树条荚蒾对干旱胁迫的生理响应

摘要
Abstract
A pot experiment was conducted to investigate the physiological indexes of cuttings and sowing seedlings of Viburnum sargentii under drought stress.The results showed that the relative water content of leaves of Viburnum sargentii plants of softwood cutting,sowing and hardwood cutting decreased under drought stress, which indicated that the water retention capacity of leaves of Viburnum sargentii was weak.The contents of three kinds of breeding methods of Viburnum sargentii of soluble protein,free proline,malondialdehyde,relative electric and chlorophyll content of plant leaves by the firstly increased and then decreased,and reached the peak in 12 th day and 15 th day.关键词
